Enrolment

We encourage families to come and tour our facility and meet our educators before enrolling a child.

We understand leaving a child can be emotional for both the family and child. We do our very best to support families during this difficult time by offering orientation sessions and having highly experienced educators to support the ongoing needs of the child and their family.

FAQs

  • What do I need to provide the centre with to enrol my child?
Our centre must have the completed enrolment form, Immunisation History Statement, copy of your child’s Birth certificate and any Allergy/Asthma/Medical plans.
  • How do I apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Childcare Subsidy is a payment provided by Centrelink to support families in their payment of childcare fees. Families must apply with Centrelink or through their MyGov App to receive this payment. Once parents receive approval from Centrelink for CCS payments, families must access their Centrelink through their MyGov App and link their child to our service in order for payments of the CCS to be received. To link your Child access Centrelink through MyGov, from the main menu select Child Care Subsidy tab, under Child Care Subsidy tab, select the Enrolment tab, then complete the declaration process. This process can only be done once the approval letter for CCS has been received. Your child can attend care prior to applying for CCS, however the centre's full fee would be applied.
  • How many CCS absent days do I get per year?
You will receive CCS for the first 42 absent days per child each financial year. These can be for any reason and will not require proof. Absent days can be taken for any reason, including public holidays, provided the absent day is a day where care is usually provided. You can also get CCS for additional absence days above the initial 42 days for specific reasons only. There is no limit on these days but you will be required to provide documentation to support the absence. For all absences beyond the first 42 CCS will only be paid for additional absences if evidence is provided that the absence has occurred under permitted circumstance. Further information about childcare fee assistance is available at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy
  • Does the Centre provide Meals?
Our Centre provides breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack. All our food is prepared by our certified cook in our registered commercial kitchen. We do not provide bottle and formula for infants. These are to be packed and prepared by the families for our centre. We also have facilities that support breastfeeding families.
  • What does it cost for my child to attend care?
It is best to call and discuss fees with our Administration Team as they will be able to provide you with an estimate of your out of pocket gap fee by calculating our fees with your CCS percentage and your eligible care hours.
