Philosophy 

At Narre Warren North Childcare and Kindergarten, children come first. We have a friendly, safe and nurturing environment that will support the ongoing learning of all children, as they go through their developmental milestones. Our educators create stimulating, challenging and aesthetically pleasing learning environments that reflect the children's ideas, current interests and learning needs. Our centre recognises the importance of building strong relationships and collaborative partnerships between teachers, children and families, as well as between children, their peers and the community. We believe building these relationships is crucial in developing a rich learning environment for children that is warm and welcoming. As well as, creating an environment that promotes all children's learning and development. At Narre Warren North Childcare and Kindergarten, we provide children with tailored support, guidance and scaffolding throughout their early childhood and kindergarten experience. We promote a sense of autonomy and assist children in becoming independent and accomplished learners. At our centre, we understand the importance of multiculturalism and enjoy expressing the respect we have for diversity within families and the community in our curriculum. At Narre Warren North Childcare and Kindergarten, we recognise each child’s uniqueness and provide individualised support and equal learning opportunities for all children to learn and grow. At our centre we take a holistic approach to learning and development and believe that it is important to incorporate and implement the  VEYDLF, EYLF and the NQS into all aspects of the curriculum, to promote the holistic development of all children.
